From Friday afternoon until Sunday evening, the estate is exclusively yours.
There is no set blueprint here, just the freedom to create a wedding weekend that feels entirely your own.

As evening falls, gather everyone together for an alfresco welcome dinner beneath the open sky, or venture next door to Charles Palmer Vineyards for an intimate wine tasting among the vines.
Saturday is the heart of the weekend, your wedding day. A beautiful celebration surrounded by the people who matter most, with the estate providing an unforgettable setting for every moment.
When Sunday arrives, there's no need to rush away. Extend the celebrations with a pool party, unwind in the wood-fired hot tubs, linger over long, lazy breakfasts, or gather for a relaxed BBQ farewell. Raise one last glass together as the sun sets over the Sussex coastline, bringing an unforgettable weekend to a close.

The Ruins make the most dramatic backdrop for your Celebrant led ceremony but you can choose from several spaces across the estate. If you want a traditional Church ceremony then the magnificent Winchelsea Church is only 150 metres away.

The walled Rose garden makes for a perfect drinks reception but we are blessed with different spaces you can choose from.

Our Garden Room offers a perfect space to host a wedding breakfast. We can seat 90 inside.
In the case of adverse weather, the house offers a choice of elegant indoor spaces that can be used as required.
For larger weddings you can build the marquee of your dreams from a traditional pole tent to a cutting edge glass house. We can recommend suppliers to make this process smooth and easy and accommodate the build.

Our stunning Bridal Apartment features a magnificent principal honeymoon suite complete with a romantic four-poster bed and en-suite. Next door you’ll find your own private Bridal Preparation Room, an elegant space designed for you and your bridal party to relax and prepare in style. Welcome your glam team, and indulge in a morning of pampering as the anticipation of your day builds.
Take in breathtaking panoramic views of the abbey ruins, gardens, and sea, while watching your guests arrive and the excitement of your wedding day unfold.

Sleep up to 14 guests in our award-winning luxury accommodation wing, where every detail has been carefully considered for an unforgettable stay. For larger weddings we have the perfect space for your structure of choice. Just beyond the formal gardens with panoramic countryside views and looking back towards the Manor. From beautiful tradition marquees to modern glass houses, we will work with your chosen supplier and accommodate the build.
